Refund and Return Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please follow these guidelines:

Timeframe: You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.

Conditions:

• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which you received it.
• You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Products not eligible for return:

• Opened pet personal-hygiene products (for example, grooming brushes, combs).
• Sale or clearance items, unless they arrive defective.

Process:

1. Write to us at joselinbenitez012@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We will confirm whether your product qualifies and provide you with instructions for the return shipment.
3. Once the product has been received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
